AKATA Resources’ oil and gas investments will be through partnerships with indigenous companies and a strategic financing and technical relationship with AKATA Petroleum Nigeria Limited.

AKATA Petroleum is majority Nigerian owned and aims to be a leading oil and gas development and production company focused on excellence to employees, customers, community and shareholders. Initial emphasis is on under-produced and proved undeveloped properties in onshore, swamp and shallow water areas of the Niger Delta Region.
